Our platform integrates Artificial Intelligence with Christian values, offering unique digital experiences. These Terms are a binding contract between you and Soulify.io, encompassing our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Copyright Dispute Policy. Using our services signifies agreement to these Terms and any Additional Terms for specific services.

Acceptance of and Changes to Terms

Your access to and use of Solify.io is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Any changes will be announced via our website or email. Your continued use after such changes signifies acceptance. Disagreement with new Terms requires cessation of service use. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Soulify.io. Using the Service

Our services are available to individuals aged 13 years or older. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on this Website or on or through any of its features. Account creation requires accurate and complete personal information. Misuse of identity or transfer of accounts without permission is prohibited. At Soulify.io, we embrace technology as a tool to deepen one's spiritual journey, but not as a replacement for the irreplaceable personal interaction with your parish community. Echoing the wisdom of St. John Paul II, we believe technology, while helpful, should not substitute the personal touch and care found in human relationships and accompaniment. While our AI strives to align with Christian scripture and teachings, there may be inaccuracies. We recommend independently verifying facts and encourage feedback at support@solify.io for any concerns or discrepancies. This assists us in enhancing our AI service. Remember, our services are not a substitute for professional medical or psychiatric care, and should be used in a way that respects laws and intellectual property rights. Unauthorized sharing, impersonation, and misuse of the platform for unintended purposes are prohibited.
